Position: Accounts Manager

Location: Thane, Maharashtra
Industry: HVAC Contracting

Key Responsibilities

· Oversee and manage the entire accounting cycle, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.

· Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (GST, TDS, Income Tax, etc.).

· Coordinate with auditors, vendors, and internal teams.

· Supervise and mentor junior accounting staff.

· Manage payroll processing and employee reimbursements.

· Implement and maintain accounting systems and processes.
· Salary Working.

Qualifications & Skills

· Minimum 5 years of accounting experience, preferably in the construction/HVAC sector.

· Proficiency in Tally, MS Office, and accounting software.

· Strong knowledge of Indian taxation and statutory compliance.

· Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

· Ability to work independently and lead a team.
