Job Description: Accounts Manager Position : Accounts Manager Location : Vadodara, Gurukul Cross Road, Kapurai Experience : 2 to 5 Years CTC : 1.8 to 2.5 LPA Working Hours:- 9:30 AM To 6:00 PM Key Responsibilities : Accounting & Finance Management : Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including managing accounts payable and receivable, general ledger entries, and bank reconciliations. Billing & Invoicing : Ensure timely and accurate preparation of invoices for clients and customers, and track payments. GST Compliance : Prepare and file GST returns, ensuring adherence to tax regulations and compliance with the latest tax laws. Tally Software : Utilize Tally software for effective accounting, bookkeeping, and financial reporting. Financial Reporting : Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including P&L statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements. Audit Support : Assist with internal and external audits, ensuring all necessary documents and records are up to date and accurate. Expense Management : Monitor and manage office and project-related expenses, ensuring cost-efficiency. Banking Operations : Coordinate with banks for all necessary transactions, including handling bank statements, deposits, and withdrawals. Cash Flow Management : Ensure smooth cash flow by managing receivables and payables effectively. Skills & Qualifications : Education : Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or related field. A professional qualification (CA Inter, ICWA) will be an advantage. Experience : 2 to 5 years in a similar role, with hands-on experience in accounting, billing, and GST. Technical Skills : Proficient in Tally and other accounting software. Strong knowledge of GST and taxation . Ability to manage financial data and generate comprehensive reports. Attention to Detail : High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all accounting tasks. Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Problem Solving : Ability to identify issues quickly and resolve them effectively. Additional Requirements : Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
