Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Intern to join our team and gain hands-on experience in day-to-day accounting operations.

Responsibilities:

Assist in preparing financial reports, invoices and balance sheets.
Help maintain accurate records of financial transactions.
Support accounts payable and receivable processes.
Assist with bank reconciliations and journal entries.
Help with monthly closing and reporting activities.
Organize and update financial documents and records.
Coordinate with other departments on finance-related matters.
Perform any other accounting or administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements:

Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
Familiarity with accounting software is a plus (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, Zoho Books).
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Good communication and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
