Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Accounts & Finance Executive with 5–10 years of hands-on experience in managing all facets of accounting, taxation, and financial operations. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Tally, GST, TDS, PF/ESI, income tax, and financial reporting.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end accounting operations including purchase and sales entries
• Prepare and maintain P&L accounts, balance sheets, and bank reconciliations
• Handle complete GST filings, reconciliation, and returns
• Ensure accurate TDS/TCS deductions, payments, and quarterly return filings
• Manage PF/ESI compliance and timely submissions
• Prepare and file Income Tax Returns and coordinate with auditors when required
• Process and verify vendor payments, salaries, and other outflows
• Maintain bank accounts, monitor fund flow and perform monthly consolidation
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and tax regulations
• Provide financial insights for decision-making and budgeting

Required Skills & Qualifications

• B.Com/M.Com or equivalent degree in Accounting or Finance
• Strong proficiency in Tally ERP (mandatory)
• Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas, etc.)
• In-depth knowledge of GST, TDS/TCS, Income Tax, PF/ESI rules
• Experience in monthly and annual closing of books
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks with accuracy
