Accounts Executive - Treasury

The Accounts Executive - Treasury will play a key role in managing daily banking

transactions, tracking collections, ensuring timely payments, and maintaining

accurate fund flow and reconciliations. The role requires strong coordination with

internal teams, external stakeholders, and banking partners to support Recykals

operational and compliance needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Treasury & Fund Flow Management

• Monitor daily cash and bank balances across multiple entities and accounts
• Prepare daily fund position reports and assist in short-term cash flow planning
• Support internal fund transfers, sweep accounts, and payment allocations

Payments & Vendor Management

• Process vendor and partner payments through NEFT, RTGS, IMPS, and UPI
• Coordinate with the procurement and operations teams for payment validations
• Maintain payment schedules and ensure timely disbursements Collections & Receivables Tracking
• Track incoming payments from clients, vendors, and marketplaces
• Coordinate with the Sales and Finance teams for reconciliation and aging analysis
• Maintain daily/weekly collection MIS and follow up on delays

Banking Operations

• Liaise with banking partners for day-to-day operations, KYC updates, and documentation
• Assist in opening/closing accounts and managing mandates and signatories
• Handle inward/outward remittances and ensure transaction compliance

Bank Reconciliation

• Perform daily and monthly BRS for all bank accounts
• Identify and resolve unreconciled entries and coordinate with relevant teams
• Ensure accurate and timely recording of all transactions in the ERP (Zoho Books/SAP)

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• B.Com / M.Com / MBA in Finance or Accounting
• 13 years of experience in treasury, accounts, or banking operations
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting tools like Zoho Books, Tally, or SAP
• Good understanding of banking systems, payment platforms, and reconciliation processes
• Strong attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and communication skills
