Accounts Executive (Tally, MIS, Data Entry & Excel)M/F

Job Location : DLF Phase 1 Gurugram

We are looking for an Accounts Executive with strong working knowledge of Tally, MIS reporting, accurate data entry, and fluency in MS Excel formulas. The candidate will be responsible for day-to-day accounting entries, preparation of MIS reports, and maintaining accurate financial and operational data.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day accounting entries in Tally (Sales, Purchase, Payment, Receipt & Journal)
• Maintain accurate and timely data entry of financial and operational records
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports using MS Excel
• Use Excel formulas such as VLOOKUP/HLOOKUP, IF, SUMIF, COUNTIF, Pivot Tables, and basic charts
• Maintain customer and vendor ledgers in Tally
• Reconcile bank statements and maintain cash and bank books
• Prepare and verify sales invoices and purchase bills
• Data entry and MIS reports in excel
• Monitor factory camera & manage and Follow up process

Candidate Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 2+ years in accounting, MIS & data handling
• Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / Diploma in Accounting (preferred)
• Knowledge of Tally
• Fluency in MS Excel formulas (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, IF, SUMIF, COUNTIF, Pivot Tables)
• High accuracy and attention to detail in data entry
• Good communication and Follow up & coordination skills

Job Details

• Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Salary: ₹22,000 – ₹25,000 per month
• Job Type: Full-time
• Travel Condition: Maximum 45 minutes commute time preferred
