Accounts Executives / Senior Accounts Executives

hands-on ERP experience

Key Responsibilities

Applicable to All Levels:

• End-to-end accounting & bookkeeping for multiple clients
• Maintain books using

  Tally / Zoho Books

  (mandatory)
• Month-end & year-end book closing
• GST, TDS/TCS, and statutory compliance
• Prepare MIS reports, P&L, Balance Sheet, cash flow, and ageing reports
• Data sourcing from the client
• Timely Escalation of the pendencys and work-related matters
• Financial analysis & reporting
• Direct client coordination for data, clarifications, and reporting
• Support audits and ensure compliance

Additional for Senior Accounts Executive:

• Review and finalise client accounts
• Act as primary finance contact for assigned clients
• Guide and review the work of junior team members
• Support CFO advisory services: cash flow, budgeting, forecasting, performance review
• Improve reporting quality and internal processes

Mandatory Requirements

• Minimum

  2 years of hands-on experience

  in end-to-end accounting
• Hands-on experience in

  Tally or Zoho Books

• Experience in a

  CA firm / financial consulting / multi-client accounting environment

• Strong knowledge of

  accounting principles, taxation, and compliance

• Good

  verbal and written communication skills

• Strong

  Excel skills

  (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP)

Preferred Qualifications

• B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance / Accounts)
• CA-Inter / CA firm experience (No exam pending)
• Experience with startup or SME clients is an added advantage

Not Suitable For

• Freshers / trainees
• AP / AR-only profiles
• Data-entry accountants
• GST-only compliance roles
• Candidates not comfortable with

  client-facing work
