Job Description: Sales Invoicing and Dispatch Executive (Manufacturing Industry)

Position Title: Sales Invoicing and Dispatch Executive Location: Mother India Forming Private Limited, Bangalore Reporting To: VP Finance

Experience Required: Minimum 2-3 years in a similar role, preferably in the manufacturing industry

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales Invoicing:

o Prepare accurate and timely sales invoices in compliance with company policies and tax regulations.

o Ensure all invoices align with purchase orders, delivery challans, and other supporting documents.

o Coordinate with the sales team for customer-specific invoicing requirements.

o Maintain and update invoicing records in the ERP/system.

2. Dispatch Coordination:

o Plan and oversee the dispatch of goods, ensuring timely delivery to customers.

o Collaborate with the warehouse/logistics team for efficient packing and dispatch.

o Verify and maintain accurate records of goods dispatched, including delivery challans and transport documents.

o Monitor and manage delivery schedules to minimize delays.

3. Documentation and Compliance:

o Ensure proper documentation for goods dispatched, including e-way bills, invoices, and other regulatory requirements.

o Maintain records for audit purposes and compliance with GST and other applicable tax laws.

4. Customer Interaction:

o Address customer queries related to invoices, dispatch, and delivery timelines.

o Provide support to resolve any discrepancies or issues raised by customers.

5. Reporting and Coordination:

o Generate daily/weekly/monthly reports on invoicing and dispatch activities.

o Collaborate with the accounts, sales, and logistics teams to streamline processes.

o Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.

Skills and Qualifications:

· Education: Bachelor’s degree in commerce, Business Administration, or related fields.

· Experience: Proven experience in invoicing and dispatch roles in the manufacturing industry.

Technical Skills:

o Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Tally) and MS Office (Excel, Word).

o Knowledge of GST, e-way bills, and other relevant regulations.

· Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication and coordination abilities.

· Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in preparing invoices and managing dispatch records.

· Problem-Solving: Ability to handle dispatch-related challenges and resolve customer concerns

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,432.59 - ₹31,905.72 per month
