Job Description

We are hiring for Accounts Executive

Need to have 4-7 years of relevant experience

Skills: Tally, GST Filing, Excel, TDS, PF deductions

Location: Paradise, Hyderabad

Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations, GST compliance, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Tally ERP and advanced proficiency in MS Excel for data analysis and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

Accounting & Bookkeeping
Maintain accurate records of financial transactions in Tally ERP.
Handle accounts payable/receivable and reconcile bank statements.
GST & Compliance
Prepare and file monthly/quarterly GST returns.
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and maintain proper documentation.
Assist in audits and respond to queries from tax authorities.
Financial Reporting
Generate MIS reports, balance sheets, and profit & loss statements.
Support management with financial analysis and forecasting.
Excel & Data Management
Use Excel for data validation, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and financial modeling.
Prepare dashboards and reports for management review.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.
4-8 years of experience in accounting roles.
Strong knowledge of GST laws and filing procedures.
Proficiency in Tally ERP and MS Excel (advanced functions).
Attention to detail, analytical mindset, and ability to meet deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
