Accounts Executive

Job Description

Looking for Candidates who have experience in Automobile Accounts field Well knowledge in Tally is needed. Prepare and process invoices for vehicle sales, spare parts, and service transactions. Reconcile bank statements, customer accounts, and showroom cash daily. Monitor customer payments and follow up on outstanding dues. Manage showroom petty cash and expense records. Maintain records of vehicle stock and inventory valuation. Ensure proper documentation for vehicle registration and tax compliance (GST, TDS, etc.). Assist in preparing monthly financial statements and reports for management. Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and financial institutions. Maintain accurate and timely entry of all financial data into accounting software (e.g., Tally, SAP, or showroom-specific systems).
