Job Description

Universal Relocations is expanding its finance team and is hiring for two full-time Accounts Executive positions one for Accounts Payables and one for Accounts Receivables.

Candidates must have hands-on experience in Zoho Books and a strong understanding of accounting processes, reconciliations, and financial documentation.

Available Roles

1 Accounts Executive Payables

2 Accounts Executive – Receivables

Key Responsibilities

Accounts Payables Role:

Manage vendor invoices, payments, and expense verification

Track outstanding payables, prepare ageing reports, and ensure timely disbursement

Reconcile vendor accounts and maintain accurate ledgers

Coordinate internally for approvals and invoice accuracy

Accounts Receivables Role:

Raise customer invoices and acknowledge receipts/payments

Monitor and follow up on outstanding dues with clients

Maintain receivable ledgers and prepare ageing reports

Coordinate with operations and sales teams for billing data and disputes

Common Responsibilities (Both Roles)

Maintain accurate financial records on Zoho Books

Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing

Prepare MIS reports, reconciliations, and documentation

Ensure compliance with internal financial controls and accounting standards

Location:

Requirements:

B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or similar degree

2–5 years of experience in accounting (AP/AR)

Mandatory experience using Zoho Books

Knowledge of GST, TDS, ledgers & reconciliation

Good Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot, formulas)

Strong follow-up and communication skills

Detail-oriented, organized, and deadline-driven

Work Conditions:

Employment Type: Full-time

Location: On-site, India Office

Work Days: Monday to Saturday
