Accounts Executive

. Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A):

• Prepare and analyze budgets, forecasts, and financial models.
• Conduct variance analysis and provide insights to support business performance.
• Assist in the development of long-term financial strategies.

2. Accounting Operations:

• Oversee day-to-day accounting activities, including journal entries, reconciliations, and ledger maintenance.
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness in month-end and year-end close processes.
• Maintain compliance with internal accounting policies and procedures.

3. Compliance & Auditing:

• Ensure adherence to financial regulations and statutory requirements.
• Coordinate with internal and external auditors during financial and compliance audits.
• Implement recommendations and controls to improve audit outcomes.

4. Cash Flow Management:

• Monitor cash flow to ensure financial stability and liquidity.
• Prepare cash flow forecasts and manage short-term funding requirements.
• Optimize working capital and support treasury operations.

5. Cost Control:

• Analyze cost structures and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Support the implementation of cost control strategies across departments.
• Track and report on cost performance against budgets.

6. Financial Reporting:

• Prepare timely and accurate financial statements and management reports.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards (e.g., GAAP/IFRS).
• Present financial results to management with meaningful commentary.

7. Strategic Decision Support:

• Provide financial insights and data-driven analysis to support business decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on financial implications of business initiatives.
• Assist leadership in evaluating investment and project feasibility.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
