Job Description

Accounts Executive

Key Responsibilities

Perform day-to-day accounting activities including journal entries and ledger management.
Handle
bank reconciliation
on a regular basis and resolve discrepancies.
Support the preparation and filing of
GST
,
TDS
, and other statutory compliances.
Manage and update financial records with accuracy and completeness.
Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities.
Work with internal teams for data collation and reporting.
Utilize
Advanced Excel
for preparing reports, MIS dashboards, and data analysis.
Maintain knowledge and understanding of
stock market basics
for finance-related tasks.

Required Skill Set

Proficiency in
Advanced Excel
(VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Formulas, Reporting).
Basic understanding of
stock markets
and financial instruments.
Experience in
Bank Reconciliation
.
Working knowledge of
GST
,
TDS
, and related accounting compliance.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
Good communication and analytical skills.

Preferred Attributes

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Strong sense of responsibility and ownership.
Quick learner with a positive attitude.
