Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and responsible Accounts Executive to manage the company’s day-to-day accounting, payroll, GST and statutory compliance activities for our Karuppur Unit, Salem.
The candidate must be proficient in Tally Prime and Excel, with practical knowledge of GST return filings, TDS, PF/ESI compliance and Factories Act.
Job Description:
· Record day-to-day accounting entries in Tally Prime (sales, purchase, journal, receipts, payments, and contra entries).
· Manage accounts payable/receivable and vendor/customer reconciliations.
· Monthly GST filings – GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9, 2B reconciliation.
· TDS report preparation & return filing.
· Payroll processing in Excel with PF & ESI challans/returns.
· Maintain statutory registers as per the Factories Act and other labour laws.
· Handle petty cash, expense tracking & MIS reports.
· Coordinate with auditors during internal and external audits.
· Ensure timely tax payments and maintain proper documentation for all statutory filings.
Candidate Profile
· Strong working knowledge of Tally Prime (mandatory).
· Good command over MS Excel (formulas, payroll sheets, reconciliation)
· Good understanding of tax regulations and statutory compliance.
· Working knowledge of GST, PF, ESI, TDS, and related filings.
· High attention to detail, accuracy, and data integrity.
· Ability to handle accounts independently in a manufacturing setup.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
