Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations, ensure statutory compliance, and support financial reporting. The role requires hands-on expertise in Tally ERP, GST, TDS, and reconciliations, along with strong coordination skills to work with auditors, vendors, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Post and maintain accurate accounting entries in Tally ERP.
• Prepare Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS) regularly.
• Manage TDS compliance including thresholds, deductions, and applicable rates.
• Prepare and upload E-invoices in line with statutory requirements.
• File and prepare GST Returns (GSTR-1 & GSTR-3B).
• Reconcile Input Tax Credit (ITC) between books and GSTR-2B.
• Maintain reference-wise and cost center-wise accounting in Tally.
• Coordinate with auditors, vendors, and internal departments for smooth accounting operations.

Requirements

• Educational Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in Commerce / Accounting / Finance.
• Experience: Minimum 25 years of relevant experience in accounting and GST compliance.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Tally ERP, GST, and TDS provisions; good working knowledge of MS Excel & reporting tools.
• Core Skills: Strong attention to detail, analytical ability, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team-oriented environment.
