Accounts Executive

As a Sales and Purchase Invoicing Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to prepare and manage sales and purchase invoices efficiently. You will also handle GST filing tasks such as GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, reconciliation, and input credit management. Additionally, your role will involve processing and deducting TDS, as well as filing quarterly TDS returns. It will be crucial for you to maintain proper documentation of all bills, ledgers, and vouchers to ensure accuracy and compliance. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare and manage sales and purchase invoices - Handle GST filing including GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, reconciliation, and input credit management - Process and deduct TDS, and file quarterly TDS returns - Maintain proper documentation of all bills, ledgers, and vouchers - Conduct bank reconciliations and vendor/customer reconciliations - Coordinate with CA or consultants for audit and tax matters - Support management with monthly reporting and compliance updates Qualifications Required: - Proficiency in invoice preparation and management - Knowledge of GST filing procedures and regulations - Experience in TDS processing and return filing - Strong organizational skills with attention to detail - Ability to coordinate with external auditors and consultants - Excellent communication skills to support management with reporting and compliance updates,
