Accounts Executive – Freshers

Location: Angamaly (within commute)

Position Type: Full-time, Office-based (Day Shift)

Salary: ₹12,000–15,000 per month

Qualification & Eligibility

Education: Graduate in Commerce (B.Com)

Experience: 0–1 year (freshers welcome)

Key Responsibilities:

• Record day-to-day transactions: sales, purchases, payments, receipts, etc.
• Maintain and update bank, purchase & sales ledgers.
• Generate invoices, challans, and expense vouchers daily.
• Handle accounts payable/receivable and perform reconciliations.
• Assist with preparation of monthly bookkeeping & GST data, aiding in GST filings.
• Prepare weekly/monthly reports and maintain organized account records.
• Support basic TDS, e‑way bill, and banking tasks.
• Help with stock/asset tracking and file maintenance.(Based on a standard template for entry-level accounting roles)

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Good grasp of basic accounting principles (GST, TDS, ledger entries).
• Proficiency in Tally or similar accounting software.
• Strong MS Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, basic analysis).
• Effective communication and organizational abilities.
• High attention to detail and task-oriented mindset.
