Accounts Executive - Finance & Accounts

Job Summary: We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Executive to support our accounting operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day financial transactions, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with accounting principles. Key Responsibilities: Maintain and update financial records and ledgers. Prepare and process invoices, payments, and receipts. Reconcile bank statements and vendor accounts. Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting. Handle accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR). Prepare GST returns, TDS filings, and other statutory compliances. Support internal and external audits. Coordinate with internal departments and vendors on financial matters. Assist in payroll processing if required. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field. 1–3 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance. Proficient in MS Excel and accounting software such as Tally ERP, QuickBooks, or similar. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Good knowledge of taxation and statutory regulations. Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially. Strong communication and organizational skills. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with GST, TDS, and statutory compliance. Familiarity with ERP systems like Tally, SAP is a plus.
