Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a solid background in accounting practices, strong knowledge of Tally Prime, and hands-on experience with TDS and GST-related work. Proficiency in English communication and MS Excel is essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations using Tally Prime
• Handle GST filings, reconciliations, and compliance
• Manage TDS deductions, payments, and returns
• Prepare and maintain financial records and reports
• Perform regular bank, vendor, and account reconciliations
• Ensure timely data entry and maintenance of ledgers
• Work closely with auditors and support in audit processes
• Use MS Excel for data analysis, reporting, and financial tracking
• Communicate effectively in English, both written and verbal, with clients, vendors, and internal teams

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Business Administration, CA Inter, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an Accounts Associate or similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of Tally, GST and TDS workings.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees and clients/vendors at all levels of the organization.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, specifically MS Excel (formulas, pivot tables, basic analysis).

Pay: ₹10,506.03 - ₹30,000.00 per month
