Job Description

We are looking for a diligent Accountant to manage financial records, statutory compliance, and documentation for our bank operations. The role involves maintaining accurate books, handling GST, TDS, and audits, and ensuring proper document flow within the organisation.

Exp: 2-5 years in Accounts. (Candidate who know about RERA are preferred)

Location: Kharghar, Navi Mumbai

Educational Qualification:

· Postgraduate/Graduate in Commerce (M.Com, B.Com, BAF, or related field).

· Semi-qualified CA, CMA, or CS will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

· Financial Record Maintenance: Accurately record financial transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and loan disbursements, ensuring proper classification and documentation.

· Bank Account Management: Monitor and manage bank accounts, ensuring all transactions are accurately recorded and properly documented.

· Documentation Management: Handle internal and external communication, process customer transactions, and resolve discrepancies. Maintain confidentiality of banking information.

· Account Reconciliation: Reconcile bank and cash accounts, ensuring all transactions are accurately recorded and discrepancies are promptly addressed.

· Statutory Compliance: Manage statutory deductions, returns, GST, and TDS.

· MIS Reporting: Prepare Management Information System (MIS) reports in desired formats to support decision-making processes.

· Document Handling: Manage the filing and handling of all legal documents, contracts, and other official documents. Track Subscription and ensure proper documentation flow within the organisation.

· Collaboration: Coordinate with auditors and other departments to ensure smooth operations and compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards.

Skills:

· Proficiency in MS Excel, Tally, and accounting software (knowledge of cloud-based tools will be an advantage).

· Strong organisational and document-handling skills.

· Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in reporting.

· Effective written and verbal communication for internal and bank coordination is preferred.

· Ability to work in a team and meet deadlines.

· Strong knowledge of accounting, taxation, and auditing concepts.

· Analytical mindset with attention to detail.

Experience:

· 1–3 years of relevant experience in accounting, taxation, or audit.

· Experience in the real estate sector will be an added advantage.

· Articleship/experience in a CA firm will be an added advantage.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
