Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting tasks and ensure accurate financial records.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate records of financial transactions in accounting software.
Process invoices, payments, and receipts in a timely manner.
Prepare and review financial statements, reports, and summaries.
Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flows.
Assist with Tally, GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance and filings.
Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
Manage petty cash transactions and office expense records.
Liaise with auditors, tax consultants, and other financial professionals.
Assist with budget preparation and financial analysis as required.
Maintain organized files and documentation for easy retrieval and audit readiness.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
1–4 years of experience in accounting or finance roles.
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, Zoho Books, or ERP systems).
Solid knowledge of accounting principles and statutory compliance (GST, TDS, etc.).
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Accounts: 4 years (Preferred)
