Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to join our finance team. The ideal candidate must possess strong core accounting knowledge, hands-on experience with multiple accounting platforms, and a solid understanding of financial management practices. The role involves handling day-to-day accounting operations, statutory compliances, financial reporting, and supporting the organization's budgeting and costing activities. We are looking for someone enthusiastic, adaptable, and eager to learn, who can contribute to the financial efficiency and compliance of the organization. Key Responsibilities Process vendor invoices, ensure compliance with documentation requirements, and maintain payment schedules. Generate and issue customer invoices while following up on outstanding receivables. Reconcile bank statements regularly and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner. Maintain and update general ledger entries with accuracy and completeness. Prepare financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, cash flow statements, and MIS reports. Track and record company expenses, ensuring proper allocation across accounts and cost centres. Assist in preparation and filing of statutory requirements such as GST, TDS, PF, ESI, and other tax compliances. Support budgeting, forecasting, and costing activities to aid management in financial planning. Ensure proper processing of payroll and accurate maintenance of employee financial records. Provide documentation and reports for internal and external audits and ensure compliance with audit standards. Maintain accurate and timely entry of financial data in accounting/ERP systems and ensure readiness for statutory inspections. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; MBA (Finance/Accounts) preferred. 3-5 years of experience in accounting and finance roles. Hands-on experience with Tally & Zoho. Strong knowledge of core accounting principles, statutory filings, GST, TDS, and tax compliance. Exposure to budgeting, costing, and financial planning. Proficiency in preparing financial statements and management reports. Ability to handle multiple priorities effectively while meeting deadlines. Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and eager to learn new financial tools and processes. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams
