About the Role
We are looking for a meticulous and proactive Accounts Executive who will be responsible for handling day-to-day accounting activities, managing expense records, processing bills, and ensuring smooth financial reconciliation. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of accounting principles, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Daily Accounting Operations
Handle and verify all day-to-day bills, invoices, and vouchers.
Ensure timely entry of all financial transactions into the accounting system.
Maintain proper documentation and filing of all financial records.
2. Reconciliation & Reporting
Perform regular bank reconciliations and vendor reconciliations.
Track and reconcile petty cash expenses.
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly financial summaries for management review.
3. Expense Management
Review and record employee reimbursement claims.
Monitor operational expenses and ensure compliance with internal policies.
Coordinate with internal teams to collect, verify, and close daily expense reports.
4. Vendor & Payment Coordination
Process vendor payments on time.
Maintain updated vendor records, outstanding statements, and ledgers.
Follow up with vendors for invoice clarifications or discrepancies.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
