Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client accounts, ensuring satisfaction, and driving retention through exceptional service and relationship management.

Responsibilities

Manage and maintain client accounts to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to clients.
Analyze client requirements and provide tailored solutions.
Coordinate with internal teams to deliver exceptional service to clients.
Monitor account performance and prepare regular reports for management.
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services.

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or related field.
1-5 years of experience in account management or sales.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
