Accounts Executive

Responsibilities:

• Manage and process all financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries, using either Tally or Zoho Books.
• Prepare and reconcile bank statements, credit card statements, and other financial accounts.
• Assist in the preparation of financial reports, such as profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
• Process payroll, ensuring accurate and timely disbursement of salaries and compliance with all statutory requirements.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting standards, tax regulations (e.g., GST), and company policies.
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve financial discrepancies and inquiries.
• Support external audits and provide necessary documentation.
• Perform other accounting and administrative tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Proven experience (typically 2-4 years) as an Accounts Executive or in a similar accounting role.
• Demonstrable expertise in either Tally or Zoho Books is essential. Please specify your proficiency in your application.
• Strong understanding of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
