Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Accounts Executive (Bookkeeper) to join our team in Sector 49, Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will have 2-6 years of experience and a strong background in accounting principles and practices.

Roles and Responsibility

Oversee day-to-day accounting activities, ensuring accuracy and adherence to accounting principles.
Prepare financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to collect, analyze, and interpret financial data for business decision-making.
Develop and maintain complex Excel-based financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and financial analysis.
Design and implement efficient Excel processes to streamline accounting operations.
Support the finance team in ad-hoc reporting and data analysis requests, ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations.
Manage Branch Accounting, Vendor Payment (over INR 1000), and assist in external audits, interacting with auditors to provide necessary documentation and explanations.
Handle Client/Vendor Account Payable and Receivable Reconciliation, Vending Charges deduction, and TDS Deduction.
Ensure strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Commerce (B.Com, M.Com).
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines while managing multiple tasks.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Proficiency in accounting software such as Tally Prime.
Experience in Day-To-Day Accounting, Accounting, Bookkeeping, GST, TDS, and Vendor Payment.
Familiarity with Tally is an added advantage.
