Job Summary:

The Accounts Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations, maintaining accurate financial records, preparing reports, and assisting with audits and compliance. This role ensures smooth financial functioning and supports management in financial decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain day-to-day accounting entries in Tally/ERP software.
• Handle accounts payable and receivable, and ensure timely vendor and client payments.
• Prepare and maintain bank reconciliation statements.
• Manage petty cash, journal entries, and expense tracking.
• Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance filings.
• Coordinate with auditors during internal and statutory audits.
• Maintain accurate ledgers and financial documentation.
• Prepare and verify invoices, bills, and vouchers.
• Reconcile balances and resolve accounting discrepancies.
• Assist management in budgeting and cost control activities.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter preferred).
• 2–4 years of experience in accounting or finance roles.
• Proficiency in Tally ERP / PRIME /QuickBooks / MS Excel.
• Good understanding of accounting principles, GST, and TDS.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
