Job Description

SUMMARY

Job Details:

The position is based in Bardhaman (Exact Location is at Kuchut, Purba Bardhaman Plant). Salary will be commensurate with experience and determined based on interview performance. Boarding facilities are available for candidates located outside of Bardhaman.

Key Responsibilities

Handle Purchase and Sales Bill Entries in Tally Prime

Prepare Goods Receipt Notes (GRN)

Perform Journal Entries and ensure accurate bookkeeping

Manage and update Stock Entries

Conduct Bank Passbook Entry & Reconciliation

Assist in day-to-day accounting and documentation tasks

Support senior accounts team in audits, reporting, and month-end closing

Requirements

Requirements:

Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) with Honours in Accounts
Minimum of one year of relevant experience in purchase and sale bill entry, GRN preparation, journal entries, stock entry, bank passbook entry, and reconciliation
Proficient in Tally Prime and Microsoft Excel for financial and operational reporting
Preference for male candidates only
