Accounts & Dispatch Executive

As an Accounts & Dispatch Executive at Tag Ingredients India Pvt Ltd in Sector 48, Gurugram, you will be reporting to the Account Manager and working in a 6-day week culture. Your role involves coordinating daily dispatches of goods, preparing and verifying invoices, delivery challans, and other relevant documents, ensuring accurate entries in dispatch registers and ERP systems, communicating with transporters and logistics partners, tracking shipment status, resolving delivery-related issues, maintaining records of stock dispatched and inventory balance, liaising with production and accounts teams, and filing and archiving all dispatch and billing records for audit purposes. Key Responsibilities: - Coordinate daily dispatches of goods as per the delivery schedule. - Prepare and verify invoices, delivery challans, and other relevant documents. - Ensure accurate entries in the dispatch register and ERP systems. - Communicate with transporters and logistics partners for smooth delivery. - Track shipment status and resolve any delivery-related issues. - Maintain proper records of stock dispatched and balance inventory. - Liaise with the production and accounts teams for seamless operations. - File and archive all dispatch and billing records for audit purposes. Qualifications Required: - Knowledge of billing, dispatch processes, and logistics coordination. - Familiarity with Tally, or similar tools. - Good understanding of invoicing and GST billing formats. - Strong communication and organizational skills. - Proficiency in MS Excel and basic computer operations. - Ability to work under pressure and meet timelines.,
