Job Description

Role Overview: As an MIS Accounts Executive in the Property and Asset Management field in Bengaluru, you will be responsible for client finance and accounting on-site. Your primary focus will be on the financial services outlined in the Property Management Services agreement with the client. Key Responsibilities: - Submission of MIS & Reports according to SLA's to respective stakeholders - Preparation and submission of Monthly MMR by gathering input from each department - Adding Daily reports in DMR/MMR for an overview - Tracking, assigning, and closing of PPM in evolution - Handling Imp rest at the site - Coordinating with EM to maintain various trackers on-site - Collaborating with section heads to follow up on pending complaints and preparing reports on delays in closure - Maintaining records of communications with external bodies and sending reminders on a case-by-case basis - Completion of CAM Calculations Q1,2,3,4 and thorough understanding of Per Sft cost monthly/Quaterly Qualification Required: - Degree/Diploma with a relevant educational background and a minimum of 2-3 years of work experience Additional Company Details: N/A,
