Working Hours: Monday to Saturday, 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM

JOB SUMMARY : We are looking for an experienced Admin Cum Accounts Executive to efficiently manage office administration while handling accounting and financial tasks.

Finance & Accounting:

• Process salary transfers and manage timely employee payments.
• Manage petty cash and office rental payments.
• Handle fund transfers to clients and RTO agents.
• Process dealer pay-outs and maintain accurate records.
• Prepare monthly Profit & Loss (P&L) reports.
• Manage day-to-day Tally operations or similar accounting software.

Administration & HR Support:
7. Maintain office documentation and file management system.
8. Support HR back-end operations, including employee data updates and records.
9. Ensure smooth coordination of office activities and administrative tasks.

Digital Marketing Support:
10. Assist in digital marketing activities, including social media updates, content coordination, and campaign tracking.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in accounts, administration, or banking/finance operations.
• Knowledge of Tally or similar accounting software.
• Good understanding of office administration, HR processes, and digital marketing basics.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently.

Salary: Best in the industry – commensurate with experience
