Accounts cum Admin Executive

• Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts cum Admin Manager with 1 to 3 years of experience to handle accounting, billing, reconciliations, and administrative activities. The ideal candidate will also support office operations and have working knowledge of accounting software or CRM tools.
Key Responsibilities Accounting & Finance
∙Maintain daily accounting records and ensure books are up to date.∙Handle accounts payable and receivable, including vendor and client payments.∙Perform bank and ledger reconciliations regularly.
∙Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.Billing & Invoicing
∙Generate accurate invoices and track payments from clients.∙Follow up on pending payments and prepare ageing reports.∙Maintain proper documentation for all billing-related activities.Administration & Office Management
∙Manage office administration, vendor management, and procurement.∙Maintain employee attendance, leave records, and HR documentation support. ∙Coordinate with teams for smooth day-to-day operations.∙Support recruitment coordination and employee onboarding activities.Systems & Process Management
∙Work on accounting software like Tally, QuickBooks, Zoho Books, etc.
∙Maintain accurate data in company CRM/ERP tools.
∙Identify and recommend process improvements to increase efficiency.Skills & Qualifications
∙Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or related field .∙1 to 3 years of experience in accounts and office administration.
∙Good knowledge of accounting principles and statutory compliance.∙Proficiency in Tally / accounting software; familiarity with CRM tools preferred.∙Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
