Accounts Coordinator

As an Accounts Executive at Naga Auto Ventures LLP, your role will involve handling various day-to-day accounting tasks with a high level of dedication and attention to detail. You will be responsible for tasks such as recording financial transactions, managing bank reconciliations, tracking petty cash, coordinating with different departments for accurate invoicing, and making bank deposits. Key Responsibilities: - Record daily financial transactions in accounting software. - Perform daily bank reconciliations and manage cashbook entries. - Maintain and track petty cash, ensuring all expenses are documented and approved. - Coordinate with the sales, service, and spares teams to ensure accurate invoicing and revenue tracking. - Make bank deposits. Qualifications & Skills: - Education: B.Com - Experience: Minimum 1-2 years in accounting. - Software Proficiency: MS Excel, and familiarity with GST/TDS portals. - Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and time management. - Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
