Job Summary

The Accounts Clerk will support the finance team in handling day-to-day accounting tasks for various business verticals, including Chit Funds, Software, and Other Service divisions. The role includes maintaining accurate books of accounts, assisting with transaction processing, preparing basic reports, and ensuring compliance with organizational and statutory requirements. This position is ideal for freshers who are eager to build a strong foundation in accounting and finance.

Key Responsibilities

• Record daily financial transactions and update ledgers for all business units (Chit Funds, Software, Other Services).
• Support month-end and year-end financial closing activities.
• Maintain organized documentation of vouchers, bills, and financial records.
• Reconcile bank accounts, vendor accounts, and customer accounts.
• Handle petty cash entries and ensure proper tracking of expenses.
• Perform additional tasks related to accounts and finance as assigned by management.

Qualifications and Skills

Education:

• B.Com / M.Com / BBA (Finance)

Experience:

• Fresher or 0–1 year experience in accounting.

Technical Skills:

• Basic understanding of accounting principles and fundamentals.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office tools.
• Familiarity with Tally or similar accounting software (added advantage).

Soft Skills:

• Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under supervision and meet deadlines.
• Willingness to learn, adapt, and take responsibility.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹7,500.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
