Preferred candidate profile Location: Noida Job Summary: * Experience with CA Firms is must * We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Associate to join our finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately entering financial data into our systems, maintaining records, and assisting in routine accounting tasks. The ideal candidate has excellent attention to detail, time management skills, and a basic understanding of financial principles. Key Responsibilities: Accurately enter invoices, receipts, payments, and other financial transactions into accounting software. Reconcile data and ensure consistency between records. Maintain and update financial databases and spreadsheets. Review financial documents for accuracy and completeness. Assist with month-end and year-end reporting processes. File and organize financial documents and statements. Communicate with vendors, clients, and other departments regarding billing and payments. Provide support to the accounting team as needed. Preferred Skills: Basic knowledge of financial regulations and procedures. Experience with automated accounting systems. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
