Your role will involve regular bank reconciliations, maintenance of the general ledger, preparation of financial reports and statements, and analysis of financial data to identify trends and discrepancies. **Key Responsibilities:** - Perform regular bank reconciliations and promptly resolve any discrepancies. - Assist in maintaining the general ledger by posting journal entries and preparing monthly closing entries. - Prepare and assist in the preparation of financial reports and statements, such as balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and cash flow reports. **Qualifications Required:** - A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Only Bcom, Mcom, MBA Finance). - Fresher or 1-2 years of experience in accounting or finance, preferably in a logistics or transportation environment. - Strong hold of Journal entries. - Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software. - Good written and verbal communication skills (English Communication is mandatory). - Ability to analyze financial data and identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for improvement. **About the Company:** We are an India-based offshoring company specializing in consulting, knowledge process services, and robust business development exclusively in the field of logistics.
