Key Responsibilities:

• Process invoices and expenses accurately and in a timely manner.
• Assist with accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) functions, including reconciling statements and chasing payments.
• Support month-end and year-end close processes through data entry and reconciliation tasks.
• Maintain accurate financial records and assist with filing and documentation.
• Collaborate with the finance team to prepare reports, budgets, and financial statements.
• Handle general administrative duties within the accounts department as needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Education: A diploma, degree, or relevant certification in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
• Software Proficiency: Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, SAP) and strong skills in Microsoft Excel are essential.
• Attention to Detail: Meticulous accuracy in data entry and record-keeping is a must.
• Organization: Excellent time management and organizational skills to meet deadlines.
• Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Mindset: A proactive, can-do attitude and a willingness to learn.
