Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential customers and follow up on inquiries. Explain product features, prices, and offers clearly and convincingly. Generate leads and close sales via phone and WhatsApp. Maintain and update customer records in the CRM. Coordinate with the sales and dispatch team to ensure smooth delivery and service.
