Job Description

Qualifications & Skills

Education: Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (B.Com).
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Tally Prime/ERP 9 and MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables)
Taxation Knowledge: Basic understanding of ESI, PF, P.tax, LWF, GST, TDS, and Income Tax filings.
Experience: Most assistant roles seek candidates with 0 to 5 years of experience, with entry-level (fresher) options available.

Core Responsibilities

Transaction Management: Recording day-to-day sales, purchases, and expenses, pf esi, p.tax, lwf filing.
Reconciliations: Regularly matching bank statements and general ledgers.
Reporting: Assisting in the preparation of P&L statements and balance sheets.
Administrative Support: Handling physical files, invoicing, and basic office coordination

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹30,891.62 per month
