Accounts Assistant

As a candidate for this position, you will be responsible for the following key responsibilities: - Preparation of MIS - Ensuring compliance with accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies & Procedures (DOA & SOP) - Preparing and reviewing financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements - Conducting and facing internal audits and IFC Audits - Reconciling bank statements and ensuring accurate cash management - Providing financial analysis (Income & Expense) and insights to support the Operation team - Managing and supervising junior accounting staff Qualifications required for this role include: - Minimum 2 years of experience in Accounting - Familiarity with accounting standards and regulatory requirements As an employee of this company, you will be eligible for benefits such as health insurance and Provident Fund.
