Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Account Executive to manage the company’s day-to-day financial transactions, maintain accurate records, and support accounting operations. The ideal candidate should be experienced in accounting software, reconciliations, and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in preparing financial statements and reports.
Maintain and update accounting records and files.
Generate and process invoices, bills, and purchase orders.
Support in monthly closing and reconciliation of accounts.
Help in auditing preparations and ensure compliance with internal processes.
Coordinate with internal departments to gather financial data.
Manage documentation and file records systematically (both soft and hard copies).
Provide administrative support to the accounting team as needed.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field
1–3 years of experience in an accounting or finance role
Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software
Solid understanding of accounting principles and taxation

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
