Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Executive to manage day-to-day financial operations, ensure accurate reporting, and support strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of accounting principles, financial analysis, and compliance requirements, with the ability to work effectively across teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily accounting operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
• Prepare and review financial statements, MIS reports, and monthly reconciliations.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support management decisions.
• Ensure timely filing of GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance.
• Monitor cash flow, banking transactions, and fund management.
• Support audits (internal and statutory) by coordinating with auditors and ensuring accuracy of financial records.
• Implement and maintain internal financial controls and accounting policies.
• Support management in cost optimization and financial planning.
• Maintain vendor and customer account reconciliation and resolve discrepancies.
• Stay updated with changes in financial regulations and accounting standards.

Key Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and compliance.
• Proficiency in Tally/ERP and MS Excel (advanced level preferred).
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple priorities.

Qualification & Experience

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Commerce/Finance/Accounting (B.Com, M.Com, MBA Finance, CA Inter preferred).
• 1–5 years of experience in finance/accounts role (manufacturing/industrial sector experience will be an advantage).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.79 - ₹39,809.72 per month
