Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Tender Management: Handle e-tenders on the GEM portal and prepare necessary documentation.
  • Quotations & Invoicing: Draft professional quotations and generate customer invoices using Tally.
  • Inventory Control: Maintain accurate stock records, track movements, and produce regular inventory reports.
  • Vendor Coordination: Generate purchase orders, follow up with suppliers, and ensure timely replenishment.
  • Accounts Maintenance: Record petty cash and daily transactions, reconcile accounts, and coordinate with the Chartered Accountant for filings and audits.
  • Subsidy Assistance: Manage documentation, upload and troubleshooting of DBT applications.
  • Reporting: Prepare periodic reports on inventory levels, billing trends, and financial summaries for management.
  • Administrative Support: Assist management with document filing, correspondence, and compliance tasks.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
