Location Gurgaon Role Inside Sales Designation - Consultant Key Responsibilities: • Prospect and qualify leads through outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach. • Understand client requirements in areas such as bookkeeping, accounting software, tax compliance, payroll, or CFO services. • Deliver product/service presentations tailored to customer needs (via Zoom/Google Meet). • Nurture leads through the sales funnel and close deals within set timelines. • Collaborate with the delivery/consulting teams to ensure smooth onboarding of clients. • Maintain accurate records in the CRM and update daily/weekly pipeline reports. • Stay updated on trends in finance, tax regulations, and industry software tools (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, Zoho Books, etc.). Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, Business Administration, or related field. • 1-4 years of inside sales experience, preferably in financial services or accounting SaaS. • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain financial concepts clearly. • Experience in working with sales tools like HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Salesforce, etc. • Goal-oriented mindset with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets. Preferred Qualifications: • Prior experience selling to CA firms, SMEs, finance teams, or CFOs. • Knowledge of Indian accounting/taxation standards or global frameworks (IFRS, US GAAP) is a plus. • Understanding of financial software tools and how they solve customer pain points
