To qualify for this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Engineering, or a related field, along with at least 2 years of experience in similar roles. Proficiency in Excel at an Intermediate/Advanced level is required, and familiarity with SQL is optional. Experience with reconciliation processes is also optional but beneficial. Additionally, you should possess strong mathematical reasoning and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to research, analyze, and propose solutions for various configuration scenarios. Fluency in written and spoken English is a must, along with excellent communication skills to interact effectively across internal teams and client-facing roles. Being a self-starter with strong time management and prioritization skills is essential. Preferred qualifications for this role include experience working in startup environments, knowledge of database logic, and familiarity with programming languages like VB or Python.
