Accounting Clerk

You will be responsible for providing accounting and clerical support to the accounting department. Your tasks will include typing accurately, preparing and maintaining accounting documents and records, preparing bank deposits, general ledger postings, and statements, reconciling accounts in a timely manner, and daily entering key data of financial transactions in the database. Additionally, you will be required to provide assistance and support to company personnel, research, track, and resolve accounting or documentation problems and discrepancies, inform management, and compile reports/summaries on activity areas. It is essential that you function in accordance with established standards, procedures, and applicable laws. To excel in this role, you must have familiarity with bookkeeping and basic accounting procedures, competency in MS Office, databases, and accounting software, hands-on experience with spreadsheets and financial reports, as well as possess accuracy and attention to detail. This is a full-time, permanent position suitable for a fresher. The benefits include health insurance and Provident Fund. The work schedule is during the day shift and morning shift.
