Customer Service Representative (CSR)

We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Accounting Assistant to join our growing team. You’ll be responsible for managing databases and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate records and reconciliations
• Process journal entries and manage accounts payable/receivable
• Entries of transactions in QuickBooks Online and Job Tread applications.
• Collaborate with internal teams for process improvement and client satisfaction.
• Manage documentation, data entry, and administrative tasks efficiently.

Qualifications:

• Minimum Graduate (Commerce Background).
• Freshers are welcome – enthusiasm and willingness to learn are valued!
• Proficient in MS Office and Google Workspace tools.
• Strong problem-solving, multitasking, and interpersonal skills.
