Customer Service Representative (CSR)

We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our growing team. You’ll be responsible for communicating with our US-based clients, managing databases, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls on behalf of clients with a professional US accent.
• Respond to customer queries through phone, email, or chat.
• Maintain and update customer databases accurately.
• Conduct online research and prepare reports as needed.
• Collaborate with internal teams for process improvement and client satisfaction.
• Manage documentation, data entry, and administrative tasks efficiently.
• Ensure high-quality communication and timely issue resolution.

Qualifications:

• Minimum Graduate (any discipline).
• Freshers are welcome – enthusiasm and willingness to learn are valued!
• Excellent English communication and writing skills (US accent preferred).
• Proficient in MS Office and Google Workspace tools.
• Ability to work during US business hours.
• Strong problem-solving, multitasking, and interpersonal skills.
