Role Overview: As a Practice Head at Wipro, your role involves enhancing organizational capability within the practice you lead. You will provide strategic direction, enable design, and execute sustainable, targeted programs, policies, and processes that support talent development, engagement, and retention. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and deploy strategies to improve talent capability based on business strategy and requirements analysis - Determine optimal team structure and roles for increased efficiency and effectiveness - Design and deploy specific programs, processes, or interventions to address practice-related challenges - Collaborate with business leaders to drive contextualization of programs as per unit requirements - Drive future capability building within the practice by developing new programs in consultation with relevant stakeholders - Commission and oversee program redesign and refresh to enhance the effectiveness of existing programs, policies, or processes - Provide direction and guidance to the team for program design and delivery - Manage team performance through people processes such as performance evaluations and learning interventions - Coach team members to build expertise and skills, align them with annual plans and performance goals, and encourage self-development and capability building Qualifications Required: - Experience: 3-5 years Additional Details: Wipro is undergoing a modern transformation, aiming to be an end-to-end digital transformation partner with bold ambitions.
