Accountant - Zoho Books Specialist

As an Accounts Executive - Zoho Specialist at Vision Mechatronics located in Khopat, Thane, Maharashtra, 400601, you will report directly to the General Manager. We are dedicated to promoting sustainable energy solutions through advanced technology and creative design. **Role Overview:** - Manage daily accounting and banking operations. - Ensure compliance with statutory requirements such as TDS, GST, and PF/ESI. - Oversee vendor relationships. - Coordinate with the bank for transactions and reports. - Liaise with customs authorities. **Key Responsibilities:** - Strong knowledge of banking, accounts, GST, TDS, and statutory compliance is essential. - Proficiency in Zoho Books, Tally, MS Excel, and Word is required. - Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking effectively. - Effective communication skills and a collaborative approach are key attributes for success in this position. **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. - Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting and finance. - Knowledge of TDS, GST, PF/ESI regulations. - Proficiency in Zoho Books, Tally, MS Excel, and Word. - Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
